Mutant Island Game

Agent Drogo Izaach has been assigned to retrieve research data from an abandoned Government research site that is a former base for genetic experimentation, in order to create a living being with superior genes. However the site had been shut down due to a “Mutant Outbreak”, during which the mutated creatures ran free. On reaching the island, he is required to face these creatures while retrieving the data and escaping the island.
The game is divided into 3 levels that feature a multitude of mutated creatures that Agent Drogo will have to face including a boss monster at the end of each level. The monsters have specific traits depending on the animal or plant they were mutated from. Before the player proceeds to defeat the monster, he will have to find a secret weapon, specific to each level. As such, the player is encouraged to explore the level map in order to locate the weapon.
Made with Unity Engine. 3D Models made with Maya. Worked in a team of 3 primarily as Game Asset manager (for all the arts & 3D models), Game designer, and minor implementer (trigger scripting).

My Contributions:
- Lead a team of 3 to develop a playable game within only 2 weeks of effective working period.
- Created the assets for the game which include 3D models and GUI using AutoDesk Maya and Photoshop.
- Scripted game event trigger using Unity3D Javascript.
- Devised the main premise of the game along with the main game design.
- Contributed to peripheral works which include reports writing and trailer video.
